The questions everyone asks first.
Does my club need to know I'm using PrivatePro?
PrivatePro is for your private students and your own bookings — the lessons you'd normally track in a notebook or a group chat. It sits outside whatever software your club uses for member lessons. From your club's perspective, it's the same as using a Google Calendar and Venmo. (If your contract explicitly forbids outside instruction, PrivatePro isn't the right tool for that part of your work.)
How is this different from the booking software at my club?
PrivatePro is for the lessons you book yourself — your private students, your weekend roster, the clients who text you directly. If you're a head pro at a private club and the club books all your lessons through Jonas or ClubEssential, PrivatePro isn't replacing that. It's for the other half of your income that lives in DMs and a paper notebook.
Do I need to be at a specific club to use it?
No. PrivatePro works whether you teach at one club, four, an academy, or wherever the courts are open. We don't care where you teach — we care about giving you one place to run the business side of it.
How does the AI booking assistant actually work?
A client lands on your profile page, opens the chat, and asks "can I book a 9 AM lesson Saturday?" The AI checks your real availability, confirms the booking, sends the client the confirmation and the pre-lesson note (what to bring, where to meet), and adds it to your calendar. You see the new booking in the dashboard. The AI escalates to you anything outside its lane — refunds, scheduling conflicts, unusual requests.
What about payments — do I have to use Stripe?
No. Stripe is supported if you want clients to pay by card directly. But if you already get paid through Venmo, Zelle, cash, or check, PrivatePro logs those too. Multi-rail by design. Tax-flagged per payment so you decide what shows up on your year-end export.
Can I bring my whole club or facility onto PrivatePro?
If you run a club, facility, or academy with multiple instructors who'd benefit from a shared platform, we're working on enterprise plans — multi-pro dashboards, custom payout structures, integrations with your existing systems. Email us and we'll start the conversation.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You export everything as a CSV — clients, bookings, payments, notes — and we delete your account on request. Your roster is yours, not ours. No lock-in, no held-hostage data.
