Why we exist
The people who teach the best sports in the world are running their businesses out of group chats and shoeboxes. Bookings live in Instagram DMs. Payments come in as Venmo screenshots. Client notes are scrawled on the back of scorecards. Year-end taxes mean a weekend of spreadsheet archaeology.
The big club software wasn't built for this. Jonas and ClubEssential are institutional tools that handle the club's accounts; they don't help the head pro who's also running fifteen private students on the side. The fitness-app ecosystem isn't it either — those tools are built for the client, not the coach.
So instructors hack it together. And the work — the actual teaching — never gets the infrastructure it deserves.

What we're building
The product comes together in three layers:
- The link. Your public profile at privatepro.ai/yourname. Clients book directly. Existing students get the link in your Instagram bio; new referrals find you without an intro.
- The concierge. An AI booking assistant that answers questions about your availability, your rates, and your services — and books lessons on your behalf. Trained on your specifics. Escalates anything outside its lane.
- The memory. After every lesson, dictate a voice memo or film a 10-second swing clip. The AI transcribes, summarizes, and resurfaces it next time you book that student. Your roster, structured.
Stripe and Venmo. Calendar sync. Cert verification. Year-end tax exports. All the boring stuff that makes the rest of the work possible.
How we work
We talk to instructors first and build second. The roadmap moves on what real coaches actually need, not what the spec sheet thinks is sexy. Every feature we ship has at least three real pros who said "I would use this tomorrow."
We don't sell to clubs as our entry point. The club is welcome — but the platform belongs to the pro. Your roster, your data, your link. You can export everything and walk away anytime.
